Wisdom is acquired by watching, reading & heeding sages. It is also gained by observing actions of others and basing one's actions from those observations. Personal actions, decisions and consequences can also result in gaining wisdom. Without a doubt, Living by God's wisdom trumps any other way we think we can become wise.
